How It Works
From Idea to Bulk Production
Whether you already have a complete Tech Pack or only a reference image, sketch or initial concept, we can help turn your idea into a production-ready jacket. From project review and material planning to sampling, approval, bulk production and delivery, each stage is managed step by step to keep development clear and controllable.
What You Can Start With
You do not need a complete Tech Pack to begin. We can review your project based on the information you currently have.
Tech Pack
Complete measurements, construction details, artwork and material specifications.
Reference Image
A jacket or design image showing the style, silhouette or details you want to develop.
Sketch
A hand sketch or digital drawing is enough to begin discussing the product direction.
Physical Sample
Send an existing garment if you want us to study the fit, construction or details.
Initial Idea
Even if the concept is still early, we can discuss product direction before sampling.
Phase 01
Project Definition
Before sampling begins, we first clarify what you want to make, how it should look and what technical requirements need to be considered.
- 01
Start With Your Idea
Send us your design, reference image, Tech Pack, sample or initial concept together with the expected quantity and target timeline. The more information we receive at the beginning, the easier it is to understand the product direction and identify key development points.
Key points
- 02
Project Review
Before sampling, we review the jacket type, fit, measurements, materials, construction, artwork, trims and expected order requirements. This helps identify potential technical issues early and creates a clearer direction before the first sample is made.
Key points
- 03
Quote & Development Plan
Once the project direction is clear, we prepare the sampling and production plan based on selected materials, construction, techniques and quantity. Any details that still need confirmation are listed before sampling so both sides understand what will be developed first.
Key points
What We Review Before Sampling
| Review Point | What is confirmed |
|---|---|
| Fit | Silhouette, ease, length, shoulder and sleeve proportions. |
| Materials | Shell fabric, lining, rib, interlining and supporting materials. |
| Construction | Collar, hood, pockets, panels, zipper and internal structure. |
| Artwork | Embroidery, print, patches, applique and placement. |
| Trims | Zippers, snaps, buttons, pullers, labels and hardware. |
| Production Requirements | Quantity, size breakdown, packaging and target schedule. |
Phase 02
Product Development
This stage turns the confirmed project direction into a physical sample. Materials, pattern, construction and decoration are coordinated together rather than developed separately.
- 04
Material & Construction Planning
The right jacket is built from a combination of shell fabric, lining, trims, hardware and construction details. We select materials according to the required appearance, hand feel, weight, season, structure and decoration process.
Key points
- 05
Sample Development
Your first sample is developed according to the confirmed specifications, material direction and construction details. Pattern development, cutting, decoration and sewing are coordinated to turn the design into a physical garment for review.
Key points
- 06
Sample Review & Revision
After the first sample is completed, we review the garment from both technical and visual perspectives. Fit, measurements, construction, materials, artwork placement, trims and overall appearance can be adjusted according to confirmed feedback before final approval.
Key points
What We Check on a Sample
| Sample Check | Review content |
|---|---|
| Fit & Silhouette | Check whether the jacket achieves the intended oversized, regular, cropped or structured look. |
| Measurements | Check chest, body length, shoulder, sleeve, hem and other key measurement points. |
| Construction | Review collar, hood, pockets, panels, lining and seam structure. |
| Artwork Placement | Check embroidery, print, patches and other decoration positions and proportions. |
| Trims & Hardware | Check zippers, snaps, buttons, pullers and custom hardware. |
| Overall Appearance | Evaluate color balance, proportions, workmanship and garment presentation. |
Phase 03
Approval & Pre-Production
Once the sample meets the agreed product requirements, the project moves from development into production preparation.
- 07
Approved Sample
The approved sample becomes the main reference for bulk production and quality control. Key specifications are confirmed before production begins to reduce variation between the approved sample and bulk garments.
Locked output
- 08
Pre-Production Preparation
Before bulk production starts, final order information is organized and checked again. This includes size breakdown, materials, artwork files, labels, packaging requirements and production schedule.
Locked output
The approved sample and final specifications form the reference point for bulk production and later quality inspection.
Phase 04
Production & Delivery
After all production details are confirmed, the order moves into bulk manufacturing, inspection, packing and shipment preparation.
- 09
Bulk Production & Quality Control
Bulk production follows the approved sample and final specifications as key references. During production, garment construction, workmanship, measurements, decoration and functional details are checked at different stages. Detailed factory operations are explained on the Manufacturing pages.

- 10
Packing & Delivery
After final inspection, garments are prepared according to confirmed label and packaging requirements. Order quantity and packing information are checked before shipment, and shipping can be coordinated according to project size and delivery needs.

Process FAQ
Do I need a Tech Pack to start?
No. A Tech Pack is helpful, but we can also begin with a reference image, sketch, physical sample or initial product idea.
Can you develop a jacket from a reference image?
Yes. We can study the silhouette, construction and design direction, then confirm which elements should be changed for your own product.
Can I revise the first sample?
Yes. Sample review and revision are normal parts of custom product development.
Can I change the fabric after seeing the sample?
Yes, but a material change may also affect fit, structure, cost and the next sample.
What happens after the sample is approved?
Final specifications, materials, artwork, size breakdown, labels and packaging are checked before bulk production starts.
Will bulk production follow my approved sample?
The approved sample and final specifications are used as the main reference for bulk production and quality inspection.
