Factory & Production

What happens to your jacket once it enters the factory — and how each stage is controlled.

01

Our Factory

Located in Shijie Town, Dongguan, Guangdong, China, our factory focuses on custom jacket production for brands and wholesale buyers.

The sample room, cutting, decoration, sewing, finishing and packing areas work together as one production route.

Pre-Production Engineering

Production starts with technical preparation. We compare the approved sample and final specifications, verify size breakdown and material references, and clarify decoration positions and construction notes before releasing the order to cutting.

Material Receiving & Preparation

Shell fabric, lining and trims are checked for visible defects, color consistency and order matching as appropriate to the material. Any discrepancy is identified before it becomes a cutting or assembly issue.

Pattern, Marker & Cutting

Patterns are reviewed against the approved fit, then arranged for efficient material use while respecting grain direction and component matching. After spreading and cutting, panels are identified and checked before the next operation.

Decoration Before Assembly

Embroidery, printing and patches are often completed on cut panels before full assembly. We plan these operations around seam allowances, pocket positions and machine access to keep placement aligned with the design.

Sewing & Assembly

Jacket assembly combines body panels, sleeves, collars, pockets, closures and lining. In-line checks focus on seam alignment, visible stitch quality, component matching and functional parts before the garment reaches finishing.

In-Process Control

We do not wait until final inspection to find every issue. During production, cut-panel completeness, artwork position, component matching, key seam quality and construction points are checked, so problems can be corrected before the next stage.

Finishing & Order Completion

After sewing, garments move through thread trimming, shaping or pressing, appearance review and the applicable wash or special finish. Packing follows the confirmed label, folding and carton requirements after final inspection.

Factory & Production FAQ

Do you complete embroidery and patches before sewing?

Many designs are applied to cut panels before final assembly, when that sequence gives better position and construction control. The exact route depends on the jacket structure and technique.

How do you keep panels and components matched?

Through panel identification, bundling and workstation handoff, size, color and component information is kept clear throughout the production route.

Can one jacket combine different materials?

Yes, when the structure is technically suitable. Material thickness, stretch, shrinkage, seam behavior and finishing compatibility are reviewed before sampling and bulk production.

What happens if an issue is found during production?

It depends on the issue. Affected pieces are isolated, the cause is confirmed, pieces are corrected or reworked where possible, and rechecked before the next stage.

Can buyers visit the factory or review production?

Yes — project visits and production reviews are coordinated according to the order stage and factory schedule.
