Different Jackets, Different Production Focus
Different jackets require different construction priorities. A bomber depends on shell, lining, rib and zipper balance; a varsity jacket depends on body-sleeve combination, rib, snaps and patches; denim, leather and wool each require their own controls for seams, finishing and material handling.

Approved Sample to Bulk
Before bulk production starts, the approved sample is paired with the final measurement specification, material and color confirmation, artwork size and position, trims, hardware, labels and packing requirements. Together, these form the production reference used by the factory.
