Type Development

Develop Beyond Standard Categories

Some concepts combine features from puffers, fleece jackets, sherpa outerwear or hybrid workwear. We review the reference and identify which materials, construction methods and finishes can realistically achieve the desired result.

FAQ

Which filling options are there?

Polyester wadding by weight, or down sourced per project. The filling type and weight are confirmed on the sample.

How warm will the jacket be?

Warmth depends on filling type, fill weight, shell and construction. We do not state temperature ratings without test data.

How thick can the fleece be?

From light micro fleece to heavy polar fleece — the weight is chosen on swatches.

Does sherpa shed?

Some fiber release is normal for high-pile fabrics, especially at first wear. Quality and backing choice reduce it.

Can you source special materials?

Yes, according to the project — depending on supply, minimums, colors and lead time.

What is the minimum quantity?

Usually 50 pcs per style per color. Lower quantities can be reviewed, but the cost structure may be close to sample pricing.
