Vintage effects are developed through an agreed wash and distressing direction. Placement, intensity and color variation are reviewed on a sample before bulk production; the final appearance may vary within the agreed process tolerance.

FAQ
How consistent is the wash in bulk — can you match a wash exactly?
Washing always varies slightly between batches and fabric lots. We control it against the approved wash sample and the written recipe, and agree an acceptable shade range before bulk.
Will there be color variation?
Some variation between fabric lots and wash batches is normal. Bulk is checked against the approved sample and shade-sorted where needed.
Can distressing be repeated across the order?
Distressing is placed to a reference and repeated by hand, so every piece is slightly different — the position, size and intensity follow the approved sample.
Which denim weights can you use?
Light to heavy denim, depending on the jacket and the wash. Typical jacket denim: 10–14 oz Typical range — confirmed per project.
What hardware options are there?
Shank buttons, rivets, snaps and metal zippers — standard or logo-engraved, in different metal finishes.
What is the minimum quantity?
Usually 50 pcs per style per color. Lower quantities can be reviewed, but the cost structure may be close to sample pricing.
