Shell, Lining & Function

The shell determines appearance and hand feel, while lining, interlining and trims affect comfort and structure. For windbreakers, we also discuss wind resistance, ventilation and water-repellent finish as project-specific options, without treating every lightweight jacket as a technical waterproof shell.

Built Around Your Silhouette

From compact bomber fits to lightweight windbreakers, we develop the silhouette around your intended market and wearing conditions. Body length, sleeve volume, hem finish and collar shape are reviewed together so the jacket feels balanced rather than assembled from unrelated details.

  • Collar / Hood
  • Ribbed / Elastic Hem
  • FitRegular, relaxed, oversized or cropped — from your size chart or a reference garment.
  • Body & sleeve lengthCropped bombers end at the waist; windbreakers usually run longer to cover layers.
  • ShoulderSet-in, raglan or dropped shoulder, depending on the look and movement you want.
  • Rib proportionRib height and tension change how the hem and cuffs gather — confirmed on the sample.

FAQ

Are your windbreakers water-resistant?

Water resistance depends on the shell fabric, coating and seam construction. We only state water-repellent or wind-resistant performance when the chosen fabric comes with supplier test data; fully waterproof jackets also need taped seams.

What lining options do you offer?

Unlined, mesh, polyester taffeta, satin and quilted linings are common. Printed linings are possible when the project needs a brand detail inside.

Can the rib collar, cuffs and hem be customized?

Yes. Rib color, stripe pattern, height and tension are developed for your jacket and confirmed on the sample.

Can you change the hood or collar?

Yes. Rib collar, stand collar, turn-down collar, fixed hood or stowable hood — the pattern is adjusted to the option you choose.

Which zipper types can you use?

Metal, nylon coil and molded zippers, one-way or two-way, with standard or custom logo pullers.

What is the minimum quantity?

Usually 50 pcs per style per color. Lower quantities can be reviewed, but the cost structure may be close to sample pricing.
